How to exhibit seminars

Companies looking to get more out of exhibiting should be planning to attend the ‘how to exhibit’ seminars being staged this month in Melbourne.

These interactive sessions are being staged by Specialised Events, the organisers of the Foodservice Australia tradeshow and the Franchising & Business Opportunities Expo. Managing Director Tim Collett says they will be helpful for any company looking to promote themselves through a tradeshow.

“Exhibitions are still one of the most effective ways to promote your products. However many companies miss out on the full benefits by making simple mistakes. These seminars will help them to get a much better return on their investment” he says.

The seminars will run for a half day on Tuesday 23 April at the historic Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne. They will be hosted by Colin Green who is considered one of the best exhibition trainers in the world.

Colin says “we will be making the sessions practical and fun. We will cover planning, pre-show promotion, stand design, sampling, staffing, qualifying and follow up. Show organisers and contractors will also be there to answer questions. People will walk away with practical ideas that can double their success at shows”.

To encourage participation sessions are priced at $99 per person including morning tea, workbook and safety vest. Exhibitors booked into the Foodservice or Franchising shows are free. However Tim says “you don’t have to be one of our exhibitors to attend. It is open to anyone looking to do any show”.

You can register by calling Specialised Events on 03 9999 5460 or online at www.foodserviceaustralia.com.au or www.franchisingexpo.com.au
