Apprentice chefs from across NSW are invited to participate in a unique and exciting opportunity where they are challenged to create a new recipe using Ōra King Salmon. Ten applicants will be selected to compete in a Seafood Showdown at Sydney Seafood School for the ‘Winner’ title and be individually critiqued by our panel of industry leaders.

$2,000 cash prize up for grabs for the wining recipe!
