QT to manage Bondi resort

QT Hotels and Resorts is to manage the $440 million Pacific Bondi Beach development by Capitel Group's director Eduard Litver and partner Allen Linz of Rebel Property Group.

Construction is scheduled to start next month for a completion date of early 2016.

The development will feature 69 one- and two-bedroom hotel apartments ranging in size from 38m² to 100m², 12 of which will be dual key, 94 apartments, a health club, gym, pool, concierge and a two-level retail and restaurant complex.

The complex has been designed by Andrew Andersons of PTW Architects.

Pacific Bondi Beach has sold the highest priced apartment in Australia at $21 million to investment fund manager Will Vicars.
