2015 Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award

STEP UP TO THE PLATE

 

Entries for the 2015 Nestlé GOLDEN CHEF’S HAT AWARD have just opened and this year Australia’s longest running culinary competition, celebrating 50 years in 2015, is offering the chance to score a South African food safari.

 

All young chefs who take part in the Nestlé GOLDEN CHEF’S HAT AWARD are given a great learning experience; cooking against your peers from the get-go, being mentored by culinary instructors along the way and given access to a national network of professional chefs. 

 

If successful in your region’s heat you will get to cook-off against the country’s best young chef talent at the National Final in Sydney this September, with the chance to win medals to nationally recognised standards in entrée, main and dessert course categories.

 

The competition is open to apprentice and junior chefs, who are residents of Australia and under 25 years of age on 30th September 2015.
