Dolmio's Pasta Bake sauce: product recall

The NSW Food Authority advises:

Mars Food Australia is recalling a batch of its Dolmio Pasta Bake sauce, sold in Coles supermarkets in NSW and interstate.

The batch is being recalled because of the possible presence of undeclared sulphites. Sulphites can cause reactions including asthma, rashes, irritable bowel syndrome and headaches in people with an intolerance to sulphites if consumed.

The recalled product is:

• Dolmio pasta bake creamy sundried tomato & garlic sauce 540g vacuum sealed glass jar packaging, with ‘best before’ date 13/05/2013

The recall applies only to the above product and date.

Consumers with sensitivities to sulphites should not consume this product.

Consumers can return the products to the place of purchase for a refund.
