NSW man charged for punching hotel guard

A security guard has been knocked unconscious at a hotel on the NSW Central Coast.

A 22-year-old man was being escorted from the Terrigal hotel on Sunday evening when he allegedly punched the guard in the head, knocking him unconscious to the ground.

The guard was taken to hospital while the 22-year-old was charged with assault and bailed to appear in Gosford Local Court next month.
