It's alleged he also assaulted a 52-year-old local man, who fell and had a heart attack when he tried to step in.
The 52-year-old was taken to St Vincent's Hospital but died about 1.30am on Wednesday.
A 58-year-old man has been charged with indecent assault and affray.
