FINE FOOD AUSTRALIA RETURNS TO MELBOURNE

Despite still being months away, excitement for the country’s biggest food trade event, Fine Food Australia is already growing. Returning to one of the nation’s biggest foodie centres, the Melbourne based 2018 show is already 92% sold, and all sponsorship opportunities have been snapped up.

Freedom Foods Group is partnering with the event as the Platinum sponsor, a great nod to the country’s ever changing and evolving foodservice landscape. As a leader in health food and beverage innovation, Freedom Foods Group’s mission is Making Food Better. This aim filters through to the extensive range of health-centric products on offer including cereals, snacks, specialty, nutritionals, and dairy and plant-based milks – including their ever popular brands MILKLAB, Almond Breeze & Freedom Foods.

Also taking out naming rights of the Café Stage, Freedom Foods Group will be showcasing their impressive range of innovative and delicious products for those looking to cater to the rising demand for healthy options.

Managing Director and CEO of Freedom Foods Group, Rory Macleod says, “We are proud to be part of this year’s Fine Food Australia as Platinum Sponsor, and to showcase our quality products. Making Food Better is the why behind what we do as a company. Every aspect of our organisation is aligned to this mission so that we constantly push to achieve a better solution whether it is through highly skilled operations, technology, food development or marketing.

We see clear synergies between our mission and that of Fine Food Australia, which provides a platform for us to assist those businesses catering to the growing demand for better food options. We believe that food can be healthy and delicious and we are thrilled that our innovation has really resonated with the market place.”

Also catering to the growing obsession for healthy alternatives, the Organics Zone will return to the show in 2018. Focusing solely on organic products, the Organics Zone will sit alongside the Natural/Free-From zone on the show floor. Firm show favourites will also return, with Callebaut presenting the Innovations in Patisserie Stage, and Silverchef snapping up sponsorship of the Talking Food Stage.

Every September, Fine Food Australia celebrates the country’s incredibly diverse and dynamic food service industry, showcasing the latest in food, natural, health, organic and free-from products, bakery equipment and products, dairy, meat, food packaging, catering equipment, hospitality equipment, international food, beverages, coffee roasters, fit-out and design, and retail technology.
