SKYE Suites Sydney prepares for October opening

Boutique serviced apartments SKYE Suites Sydney will open its doors on October 18.

SKYE Suites Sydney sits within Arc by Crown Group, offering serviced apartments for short-term and long-term stay guests. The first phase of Arc will see luxury hotel apartment rooms comprising of studio suites and two bedrooms suites.

In total, Skye Suites at Arc by Crown Group will host 73 serviced apartments; including studio suites one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites. The second phase of the project will see the remaining residential suites, rooftop and retail precinct complete in November 2018.

Adding to Crown Group’s already extensive portfolio of retail and hospitality venues, SKYE Suites Sydney will offer guests and Sydneysiders fine dining and al fresco experiences with a new food hub along Skittle Lane, a pedestrian and boutique retail thoroughfare comprising an 8-storey atrium, linking King Street with Kent Street and Clarence Street.

Set to open in November, Skittle Lane will feature new offerings from some of Sydney’s most popular restaurants, including Japanese restaurant Izakaya & Ramen Michi from Masuya Group and Ministry of Coffee.

“This is an exciting project for Sydney as Arc by Crown Group will be the first collection of serviced apartments to redefine the west corridor of the city – tapping into the business and financial district of the CBD,” said Crown Group director of hotels and suites, Wayne Taranto.
