Perth’s Ingot Hotel opens its doors after $50m facelift
Ingot Hotel Perth, formerly the Comfort Inn Bel Eyre Perth, is opening its doors this week after a $50 million renovation.
Ingot Hotel Perth will be branded as part of the Ascend Hotel Collection group in a franchise partnership with Choice Hotels Asia-Pac.
The 214-room hotel will have a 24-hour reception, fitness centre, an outdoor heated swimming pool, function and conference facilities and a restaurant and lounge area.
Close to Perth Airport, general manager Paul Rogers said Ingot Hotel Perth’s location would appeal to short-stay business visitors as well as longer-stay travellers.
“[It is] located so close to the airport and some of Perth’s major cultural and lifestyle highlights,” he said.
