Hotel Styne looking at developing boutique accommodation
Plans are afoot to develop boutique accommodation at The Hotel Steyne in Manly, which has been put up for sale for $70 million-plus earlier this month.
The proposed scheme aims to develop 42 boutique hotel rooms on the first floor and could even see the Glasshouse bar on the top floor converted into accommodation.
A development application has been submitted, according to Colliers International, which is working along with HTL Property to sell the property on behalf of the Singleton group.
In a statement, Colliers International said it was “seeking offshore investors for the iconic establishment”.
