Eco conscious Westin brand Element to open in Melbourne

Australia’s first Element by Westin hotel is gearing up to opens its doors on 12 June in Melbourne’s Richmond.

Element Melbourne Richmond is located in Richmond’s Botanicca Corporate Park and features a nature-inspired, eco-conscious design philosophy and wellness-focused amenities.

Under the eye of local architects and interior designers Rothelowman, Element Melbourne Richmond embraces the brand’s eco-conscious ethos with features including water-efficient taps and fixtures, energy-efficient appliances and LED lighting and an extensive recycling program. Each of the hotel’s 168 rooms and suites feature floor to ceiling windows.

A seasonally-inspired menu for lunch and dinner will be available at Mint Lane Restaurant & Bar. A 24/7 RESTORE grab and go pantry is also available for guests to purchase everything they need from a quick snack.

Element Melbourne Richmond also offers access to 256sqm of function space.
