Mega pub and cinema planned for Oran Park
A mega pub has been proposed for Sydney’s Oran Park as part of a multimillion-dollar entertainment precinct.
Momento Hospitality, the operators of Bella Vista Hotel, have submitted plans for a new three-storey venue with a gold class cinema complex attached.
The pub would feature a rooftop cocktail lounge, a beer garden, restaurant and bistro, as well as a woodfire pizzeria and cafe for the ground floor.
The plans also include two cinemas, each with a 40-person capacity, on the first floor alongside a number of function rooms.
“Oran Park Tavern is going to have the best of the best,” Momento Hospitality CEO Marcello Colosimo told The Daily Telegraph.
“It’s going to be one of the best pubs in Sydney and locals will have the opportunity to not travel out of the area to get it.”
Pending approvals, construction is slated to begin in mid-2020.
