New Esplanade Hotel reborn as Quay Perth

The former The New Esplanade Hotel has relaunched as Quay Perth following a two-year, $10 million refurbishment.

Quay Perth offers 80-rooms with co-working spaces for lease. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with views overlooking Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River.

Singapore-based hotel management and building solutions company Louis T Collection is behind the new hotel which has had a top-to-bottom transformation.

Quay Perth’s top floor is home to HQ Bar & Kitchen, a rooftop bar and kitchen which serves locally grown wines and craft beers as well as artisan cocktails. HQ’s kitchen features a modern Chinese-inspired menu with twists on the regions’ classics.

On the ground level is all-day eatery Community at Quay, which connects the riverfront Esplanade with the hotel’s lobby.

Level nine is a dedicated co-working space which also features two meeting rooms accommodating five people individually or up to 10 combined.

“We believe Quay Perth will play an important role in the lifestyle of this exciting city,” said Adam Simkins, managing director of Louis T Collection.

“Our intent was to create a hotel with an independent, boutique character that would capture the essence of the city in a new space designed for co-living, co-working and co-playing.”
