Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach renovation to add 10 rooms
Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach is embarking on a multi-million dollar renovation that will result in an extra 10 guest rooms added.
Set for completion in October, the beachside hotel’s 209 guestrooms are being completely re-imagined while 10 new guestrooms are being added bringing the total to 219 rooms by the end of the refurbishment.
Gareth Long, IHG Sydney Central’s area general manager, said Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach has been a much-loved icon in the Sydney beachside community for many years.
“The refurbishment will elevate our offering to new heights, while retaining the warmth and character we are renowned for,” he said. “The location, engaging and personalised service, matched with a premium accommodation experience will see the hotel become the go-to beachside destination in Sydney.”
The hotel will remain open during the renovation period but will operate with limited hotel facilities.
