Potts Point hotel on the market for around $55m

A 103-room boutique hotel in Potts Point has been put up for sale as part of a mixed-use development by Singaporean owners Tee Land Limited.

The Larmont Sydney is “a market leader in the Potts Point hotel market”, according to Colliers International director Karen Wales.

[The hotel] enjoys a growing trading performance and strong profit margins, underpinned by the strength of the Sydney accommodation market,” she said.

Operated by the Lancemore Group, which also manages Mansion Hotel & Spa, Lindenwarrah, Spring Hill Estate and Lindenderry in Victoria and Alamanda Palm Cove in Queensland, The Larmont underwent an $8 million refurbishment and expansion less than two years ago.
