DA approved hotel site in the Blue Mountains for sale

A development on the doorstep of the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains has been put on the market.

International Expressions of Interest are being sought for a DA approved hotel at 142-150 Narrow Neck Road.

The Development Approval is for the construction of a 120-room hotel with parking for 170 vehicles across two levels.

“In excess of two million people are estimated to converge on Echo Point every year; rendering this an incredible hotel site for buyers to purchase” Jolliffe said.

“As such, it is truly rare for a DA approved site for a hotel to become available on the virtual doorstep of a world-renowned tourist precinct.

“The approved hotel scheme provides for stunning views across the natural escarpment, multiple function areas, a pre-function lounge, pool and gym; with an internal restaurant and additional coach parking.”

The hotel development site is being sold via International Expression of Interest ending on 14 August 2019.
