Sullivans Hotel in Perth bought for $11.4m

Perth's Sullivans Hotel will get an “executive revamp” after being acquired by Singapore-based Capital Bay for $11.4 million from the Sullivan family.

Australia’s Argyle Hotel Management Group will manage the hotel which will be will transformed into a 4-star hotel and rebranded Ausotel By Argyle King's Park.

The hotel is the first Australian hotel for Capital Bay, which also runs Singapore's boutique hotel group Hotel Clover. It is also the first Australian contract for Argyle, which runs over 100 hotels and resorts across the Asia Pacific.

The hotel offers 71 rooms, a restaurant and bar, a swimming pool and guest parking and will re-open in July next year.
