World’s largest high-rise modular hotel to open in East Perth
East Perth will welcome the world’s largest high-rise modular hotel in terms of room numbers when a new ibis Styles opens this September.
ibis Styles East Perth will offer 252 guest rooms spanning 18 floors, and will be within walking distance to Optus Stadium and a short walk to the WACA.
The hotel also features Eastside Social Bar and Restaurant, a 24-hour gymnasium and co-working space for guests and locals.
“The economy hotel sector is rapidly changing in Australia with our economy hotel product becoming vastly different from where it was even a decade ago,” said Accor Pacific’s chief operating officer, Simon McGrath.
