Perth Airport partners with Accor to deliver Pullman branded hotel
Australia’s largest hotel operator, Accor, is partnering with Perth Airport to open a Pullman Hotels & Resorts branded hotel.
This is the first hotel under that brand on the airport estate and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
The Pullman Perth Airport will be a mix of luxury accommodation and convenience. It will feature 240 rooms and suites spread across eight floors and aims to elevate the travel experience for both domestic and international visitors.
The hotel will also offer guests a rooftop restaurant and bar, a lobby lounge café, a gymnasium, sauna, and versatile meeting and co-working spaces.
According to Perth Airport’s Chief Property Officer Dan Sweet the hotel is part of a broader $5 billion capital investment program.
“The investment is the largest private infrastructure development in Perth’s history,” Sweet said, “and will bring new terminal facilities, ground transport infrastructure, and now, the airport’s first hotel.”
The investment aims to turn Perth Airport into a pivotal hub the tourism industry.
“We are thrilled to partner with world-leading hospitality group, Accor, to deliver our first hotel, which will be a world-class facility conveniently located near our terminals,” Sweet said.
Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer of Accor Pacific’s PM&E Division said the move was part of Accor’s plan to expand its network of airport hotels across the Pacific region.
“We are thrilled to partner with Perth Airport to deliver Pullman Perth Airport. The hotel’s unmatched location and excellent facilities will undoubtedly attract strong interest from both business and leisure travellers.”
The Pullman Perth Airport will become Accor’s fourth airport hotel in the Pacific, along with Pullman Sydney Airport, Pullman Brisbane Airport, and Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport Hotel.
