Fire guts Diamond Shisha Bar following a ram raid attack
A Brisbane shisha bar owner has said a ramming and arson attack on his business has "cost him everything".
A ute rammed into the Diamond Shisha Bar in the West End at 3am, before its occupants jumped out and threw what is understood to be a Molotov cocktail into the car.
Witness footage captured the occupants transferring into a getaway car following the attack. The fire from the car, took hold of the business ended up being gutted.
"You see a car exploding in a movie, it was pretty much like that," witness Arthur Early said.
The alleged target of the attack was
"I've been here 15 years, everyone loves me. I work hard," owner Sammy Ansabag told 9News he had no idea why he might have been targeted.
"It's cost me everything," he said.
According to Queensland Police, the white Isuzu D-Max used in the ramming was stolen on October 29 from Shorncliffe.
Police are looking for two men, one seen wearing a beige hoodie and black track pants while the other was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. A white ford sedan that left the scene is also on the radar.
