Chef jam session at Melb Food and Wine

Melbourne Food and Wine 2013 will dish up an industry only event - Chef Jam - during the festival which runs from 1-17 March, 2013.
 
Chef Jam (11 March), in its second year, will see some of the best minds in food and wine engage and inspire industry professionals in a series of discussions and presentations.

Experts include Dan Hunter (Royal Mail Hotel), Ed Kenney (Town, Honolulu), Nick Lander (Food writer,UK), Janne Apelgren (Fairfax national food and wine editor), Daniel Wilson (Huxtable), Ben Shewry (Attica), Banjo Harris Plane (Attica), Jancis Robinson (Wine Writer, UK), Michael Ryan (Provenance) and George Calombaris (Masterchef).

Learn how to cook with the seasons, pick up tips for opening a restaurant, maximise social media and understand why chefs need to know about wine, amongst other industry topics.
