Just in time for Chinese New Year celebrations, Hakka have recently launched a range of Egg Noodles available in both 500g chilled and frozen packs.

Egg noodles are an essential ingredient for all Chinese restaurants, commonly used in many dishes such as long soup (egg noodle soup with wontons) and fried egg noodles (Chow Mein). In Chinese tradition, Egg Noodles (sometimes called longevity noodles) are often eaten during Chinese New Year and birthdays with the length of the noodles representing long life and good luck.
