What’s the difference between Hokkien & Singapore noodles?

Hokkien noodles are delicious, wheat flour noodles, made popular by the Hokkien Chinese and now an essential feature of Asian menus around the world. Ideal for stir fried noodle dishes and laksas.

Singapore noodles are a thinner wheat based noodle compared to Hokkien Noodles that are also commonly known as Canton Noodles. Perfect for stir fried noodles and noodle soup dishes.
