Gallagher Hotels expensive new pub asset

NSW: Pub sale, 68 Blaxland Road, Ryde, Sydney

PUBLICAN Patrick Gallagher has bought the Royal Hotel in Sydney’s Top Ryde for about $18 million.

CBRE agent Daniel Dragicevich said there had been increased development at the adjacent Top Ryde City Shopping Centre and the area had a growing population.
