Hunters Hill Hotel unveils new look after refurbishment

IT’S taken three years, but the renovation of Hunters Hill Hotel is finally complete.
The popular watering hole has almost doubled in size in the revamp with a new restaurant headed up by Grant Croft, formerly of Biota and The Cut.
Its previously limited cocktail list has also had a New York-style makeover, with Sex and the City favourite cosmopolitans on offer alongside espresso martinis and lychee caprioskas.
Sports fans will love the big screens, which include the largest outdoor television screen in any hotel in NSW at a whopping 160 inches.
