Gold Coast pub Treetops Tavern up for sale
A Gold Coast pub on 7000sq m of land is on the market with price expectations of up to $20 million.
Sydney-based Thomas Hotels Group is selling its sole Queensland asset, Treetops Tavern, amid a strengthening hospitality market.
Senior vice-president of JLL Hotels, Paul Fraser, said it was a significant holding with 45 gaming machines.
National director John Musca said the business generated “huge cashflows” but also held potential for redevelopment. An expressions of interest campaign will run until August 27.
