Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café Has Arrived in Melbourne’s CBD
Guylian, the world’s favourite Belgian chocolates, is proud to announce the opening of Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café in Melbourne’s CBD this week. Local resident Anjali Srivastava will be at the helm of Guylian Belgian Chocolate’s retail and café concept where chocolate lovers can enjoy a coffee with colleagues during the day or friends in the evening.
Nestled in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD at 146 Swanston Street, locals can discover Guylian Belgian Chocolate, known world-wide for its Sea Shells in fine Belgian chocolate with a homemade roasted hazelnut praline filling, whilst indulging in the varied food and beverage offerings from the fully licensed café.

Melbourne’s brand new Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café is so much more than just a coffee house. It offers a complete assortment of fresh dishes and drinks to enjoy during every ‘sweet’ moment of the day in a relaxing, indulging and refined environment. The menu will consist of a wide assortment of cold and hot chocolate drinks and coffees; chocolate desserts, ice cream and Belgian specialties; including fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.

The Swanston Street store is part a rapid expansion plan for Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café throughout 2015. The company is seeking further Franchisees throughout NSW & VIC as an initial point of focus for Australia, before looking at the other States down the track. Mr Freriks anticipates signing up around 20 Franchisees in 2015 in Australia alone.
