The Turbofan ventless oven platform can be an integral part of serving takeaway, meal delivery and dine-in customers, it can be here, there and everywhere, in a high-rise or heritage building, stadiums, convenience stores and temporary modern pop-up spaces, front of house or food truck, the locations are not restricted.

Because of the clever 3-stage filtering system, Turbofan VH ventless hoods ensures particles, grease and odours are captured and don’t linger in areas you don’t want or need them too! It has a self-contained condensate collection tray so no drainage required:

1. the grease baffle filter catches the larger particles,
2. the mesh particle filter eliminates most of the remaining grease and vapours while
3. the charcoal odour filter removes remaining particles of grease, smoke vapours and residual odours.
