Representing Australia in 2025 is the exceptional Dan Arnold, supported by commis chef Chris Mulligan. Their campaign is guided by coach Philippe Mouchel, with leadership from Bocuse d'Or Australia President Scott Pickett. Their participation reflects passion and dedication, paying homage to the late Paul Bocuse, the legendary chef who redefined modern cuisine with his lighter, more refined approach known as nouvelle cuisine.
