This module allows staff to easily schedule and monitor routine tasks including cleaning, stock rotation, maintenance, cross-contamination and general hygiene.
It includes a biocote-treated Smart PA device which prompts users to perform essential food safety tasks. This is used in conjunction with a Bluetooth Smart Probe for recording food temperatures at all stages, from delivery to service.
Staff are reminded when tasks are due, and reminders are escalated until the item is completed. The system logs time, user and location for traceability and management oversight. As such, staff performance can be monitored to reduce risk. Tasks can be scheduled to be performed daily, weekly, monthly or at another interval.
For food temperature checking, Monika’s Bluetooth Smart Probe communicates instantly with the Smart PA to record temperatures against specific products, ensuring effective management of temperatures throughout. This is particularly relevant in high risk procedures such as hot-holding. The Smart PA can be programmed to prompt temperature checks when required, as well as when to discard a batch.
