This module monitors refrigeration and other equipment by continuously collecting and logging data wirelessly from sensors that simulate the temperature of the product – a more reliable method than checking the air temperature within a unit.

Because temperatures are recorded 24/7, you can quickly identify failing equipment. This allows stock to be saved and avoids the real but hidden risk that a unit moves out of, then back into, safe range when unattended. Alarm escalations make management aware of urgent issues not dealt with in the kitchen. Sensors can monitor whether doors are open or a unit has been switched off, and other factors that ensure optimal use. All activity can be viewed and actioned on a Monika Smart PA or any web-enabled device.
