Australian Good Food Guide lists its hatted restaurants for 2023

The Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hats have been awarded for 2023.

The awards recognise Australia’s best restaurants in the absence of the Michelin guide.

Both the Age and Good Food rounded up the NSW and Victorian hatted restaurants, with the awards based on food alone. The ratings guide is based on  six factors: ingredients, taste, presentation, technique, value and consistency.
