Rare whisky event for Sydneysiders
Dan Woolley, ambassador for specialist Sydney liquor store World of Whisky, will host a rare tasting of whiskies from the Tullibardine and Arran distilleries this Wednesday.
Following a recent visit to Scotland, Woolley has returned with rare samples from both distilleries.
The tasting at The Roosevelt will demonstrate how certain cask finishes can affect whiskies.
It will include tastings of Sauterne, Port and Olorosso to experience first hand the effect each has on the Tullibardine and Arran whiskies.
The evening will include matched food from The Roosevelt's new bistro menu.
