CIT Perth to offer Le Cordon Bleu courses

The State Government has described a partnership with one of the world's leading hospitality trainers as a major coup for Western Australia.

The Central Institute of Technology in Perth has signed a partnership with the French academy Le Cordon Bleu to offer courses from 2014.

The Minister for Training, Murray Cowper, has welcomed the deal.

"If you have the opportunity to be trained under the renowned brand of Cordon Bleu you are sought after no matter where you go in the world," he said.

"So, it gives a great opportunity for our young people here in Western Australia to train and potentially travel the world with it."
