QualityFry closely aligns with our J.L.Lennard's values around healthy, sustainable frying, so we’re excited to bring our customers the QualityFry IQ635 – an automatic fryer that doesn’t emit fumes or odours.
Who is the IQ635 for?
The IQ635 is targeted to petrol and convenience sites, small cafes, hotel and motel room service, clubs and pubs with bars wanting to serve hot fried foods to their customers either out of hours, or when traditional extraction is either unavailable or too expensive to install.
The easy to use, pre-programmed timer means that minimum in-house training is required, so it can even be operated by front of house staff when the kitchen has closed. We’d also recommend the IQ635 for one-man operators, as it’s a simple way to increase food production without requiring additional labour.
What makes the IQ635 the best choice?
This benchtop, ventless automated fryer comes with a digital touch screen and unique carousel system where you can cook six items consecutively. Simple to operate and clean, you can cook portions sizes up to 350g (or 11 kg per hour).
The IQ635 emits no smoke, no odours, and doesn’t require an exhaust canopy.
What really sets the IQ635 apart from competitors in the market is not only the ability to fry without an exhaust canopy, but its innovative EcoFry System. The EcoFry System minimises the ecological footprint and can shorten fry time by as much as 27%, as well as reduce oil consumption by 37%.
What other features does the IQ635 have?
Ventless cooking
Apart from the space-saving aspect of ventless cooking, the ability to fry without a vent means no cross contamination of flavours in the kitchen, and no odours. The ventless operation captures odours and condensates them into an easy-to-empty holding tank and cleans the exhaust air with a carbon-activated, built-in filter cartridge.
The safe, watertight system also helps to avoid burns and spills, making this compact, benchtop fryer a must for smaller kitchens.
Fully automated and easily programmed
A unique carousel system allows for two products to cook simultaneously, while a further four products are pre-programmed to automatically cook next. This automation will use, on average, 24% less power than a typical kitchen fryer, ultimately saving on energy bills in the long run. The IQ635 can tackle fried foods, vegetables, meats, and even desserts.
