Once a customer has purchased from J.L.Lennard, the service team works with the business to commission the product and to provide ongoing training and support. This service is personal and local. J.L.Lennard does not use call centres with call takers, each branch office is staffed with an experienced service coordinator who will ensure that any breakdown is handled with a sense of urgency and a technician is despatched to solve the problem.
Service Technicians
J.L.Lennard Employed & Factory trained
J.L.Lennard utilises a combination of in-house service technicians and authorised service agents. J.L.Lennard service technicians are fully qualified refrigeration mechanics who are factory trained and undergo regular professional development training to ensure that they are up to speed with the latest developments and service requirements. The Authorised Service Agents also undergo regular training to ensure that their skills and knowledge are up to date. A Senior Service Technician is also available in each branch to assist with technical support enquiries and complex service tasks.
Spare Parts
Local warehouses and fully stocked vans
Should a part need to be replaced, J.L.Lennard’s team of specialised spare parts interpreters backed up by local, in-house parts warehouses and fully stocked service vans will ensure that the correct part is sourced and made available to ensure limited downtime for the customer’s machine. The team can also help with user serviceable consumable parts as well.
