Unox Australia: Wrapping Up the Food & Hospitality Queensland 2023
Unox Australia had a blast at Food & Hospitality Queensland, a two-day culinary extravaganza on October 15th and 16th at BCEC. As we wrap up this fantastic event, we're filled with gratitude and awesome memories.
Our Unox team, along with our fantastic partners, served up some seriously scrumptious dishes in three epic areas:
1️⃣ Right upfront, the CHEFTOP-X™ with SPEED-X™ and EVEREO® stole the spotlight.
2️⃣ On the side, the SPEED.Pro™ speed oven worked its magic.
3️⃣ And on the other side, the EVEREO® hot food holding area kept everything warm and in food safety.
This triple treat, combined with our incredible partners, made the event a total hit. Thanks for being a part of this tasty adventure!
Over these two action-packed days, our stand was a hub of culinary activity. We showcased a delectable array of dishes, from tender smoky ribs to mouthwatering pastries, pies, dumplings, bao buns, pizzas, chickens, and much more. The show wouldn't have been the same without the support and enthusiasm of our partners. A big thank you to all of you; together, we've built our mutual success!
One of the highlights of this remarkable event was the prestigious "CHEF OF THE YEAR Queensland" competition. The competition was fierce, with each chef competitor bringing their A-game to the kitchen. It was a culinary battle that will be remembered for years to come.
We are thrilled to announce Grant Parry as this year's "CHEF OF THE YEAR Queensland" winner! Grant's victory is a testament to his unwavering dedication and culinary talent. In recognition of his outstanding achievement, we are proud to present him with a Unox oven, a Unox backpack, and a well-deserved cash prize.
What makes Grant's win even more heartwarming is that it's the culmination of his journey through three years of competition. With each attempt, he pushed his own boundaries, reaching greater heights and ultimately claiming the coveted title. As we wrap up our time at Food & Hospitality Queensland, we want to send a big shoutout to everyone who supported us during these two unforgettable days. This might be our last big show for 2023, but the culinary journey doesn't stop here.
