Unox Australia wraps up an exceptional showing at Fine Food Australia 2023
Fine Food Australia at ICC Sydney proved to be an even grander affair this year, and Unox Australia basked in the glow of a bustling crowd of enthusiastic visitors.
We seized the moment to unveil our groundbreaking COMBI-X™ technology at Fine Food Stand #HS6.
In the front Combi demo area, we proudly showcased two stacked CHEFTOP-X™ combi ovens and the triumphant combination of SPEED-X™ & EVEREO®. We crafted a culinary storm using premium-quality food products from our esteemed partners – croissants, chicken, ribs, pork, vegetables, hash browns, and more. Our live cooking demos showcased the Multi.Time, Smoke, Steaming, and other powerful functions of our combi oven, speed oven, and 'the hot fridge.'
On both sides of our stand, we demonstrated two more categories of innovative products. EVEREO®, the world's first HACCP-certified hot food holding equipment, expertly preserves pre-cooked hot food, even fried items, meeting rigorous food safety standards while preserving flavour to handle peak demand and reduce labor costs. SPEED.Pro™, the dynamic speed oven with bake and speed modes, is tailor-made for cafes and convenience stores, reducing waiting times and minimising food waste.
On September 12th, during the FSAA Awards of Excellence night, we were overjoyed to receive the prestigious National Commercial Equipment Supplier of the Year Award. Our entire team celebrated this honour, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the community for their votes and FSAA's recognition. We are committed to maintaining our excellence in the year ahead!
Our stand received an overwhelming number of visitors, including valued partners, industry leaders, dealers, and food enthusiasts eager to explore our products and indulge in the delectable food on offer at the expo. To all those who supported and loved us, we offer our heartfelt thanks!
