STEAM.Maxi technology generates saturated steam from 35°C to 260°C and delivers high steaming performance combined with energy and water savings.

Steam in an oven allows us to cook food by steaming it or to carry out combined cooking processes using a mixture of steam and dry air.

Allowing you to steam delicate dishes from 35°C including vegetables, eggs, meat and fish.
